We built True Gourmet for busy working parents with little time to put real, nutritious food on the table, and for busy professionals who lack the time or know-how to meal prep for their health goals.Every Sunday and Wednesday, we prepare and offer bulk family meals made with care and passion, so your week is covered. Our 9-day rotating cycle keeps it exciting: Herb Grilled Chicken one day, Jerk-Spiced Grilled Fish the next.”

Head Chef & Founder
With over 24 years in Trinidad and Tobago's culinary industry, my journey began after secondary school, driven by a passion for food. I trained at SERVOL Technical Institute and THTI, and built my skills at Fai's Chinese Restaurant, Boomerang Caterers, and Adam's Bagels. I have prepared meals for dignitaries, ministers, presidents, and distinguished guests, locally and abroad, and that international exposure has broadened my knowledge of cultures, ingredients, and techniques.

With a strong foundation in Trinidadian cuisine and a creative approach to food, he combines traditional flavors with modern presentation.
